Grilled BBQ Salmon
4 Salmon filets, aprox 1" thick
3 Tb bottled BBQ Sauce
2 Nectarines, pitted and diced
3/4 cup fresh Blueberries
1/4 cup toasted Pecans, coarsely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1) Wash filets, pat dry with paper towel.
2) Brush both sides of filets with 1 TB BBQ sauce (reserving the rest in a seperate container.)
3) For charcoal Grill:
Cook Salmon on greased grill rack directly over med coals for 8-12 min or until salmon flakes easily with fork, turning once half-way through grilling.
For Gas Grill:
Preheat grill, reduce heat to medium, cook as above.
4) Meanwhile, mix Nectarines, Blueberries, Pecans and remaining BBQ....serve along with salmon.
