Grilled Tuna with Provencal Vegetables and Easy Aioli

Grilled tuna with veggoes

I fell in love with another Bon Appetit recipe.

It’s so delicious, but I would tweak one thing:

Grill the tomatoes.

I know fresh tomatoes are more Provencal, but I love them grilled.

We used a grill basket to grill the eggplant and zucchini…

Mix with herbes de Provence, fresh tomatoes & garlic

The Aioli was the star in my opinion, and I hate mayo. It was great!
(That’s my hand-painted plate by the way. Horrendous isn’t it!)
(You can see me in the spoon.)

Smash your garlic with some sea salt until it gets pasty.

A very tasty Aioli.

The finished product.

We didn’t grill the Tuna to perfection, we aren’t into med-rare fish.
Sorry.
It was a well-done deal.

  1. Mmmm to grilled veggies and aioli! My husband would definitely be drooling over the tuna. But, he would want it seared, not well done. In fact, he would be happy with it raw, over a bed of sushi rice, but that is him, not you! Thanks for sharing.
